Physical Description
Teddy is tall, with broad shoulders and a well-developed physique, his whole body hard with muscle. He has dark eyes, the color of which change with his mood, and a handsome face that's usually got a bit of stubble along his jaw that he's too lazy to shave off everyday. Naturally, his hair is light brown, almost a caramel color, but he can change it to whatever he wants, whenever he wants, because Teddy has the rare condition of being a metamorphmagus. He doesn't often change much more about his appearance than his hair and eye color, unless it's for work, but on occasion he'll do something outrageous on a whim.
Dressing Style
Teddy's not one to dress up very much; he can usually be found in a t-shirt, jeans and sneakers. If he feels like looking a bit more business-like than usual, he'll throw on a blazer, but he dislikes wearing suits or robes, and in his line of work, he's generally allowed to wear what he wants to work. He'll wear track pants and a muscle shirt to go jogging or to work out, but he's almost never seen in anything other than sneakers; it's been suggested that he doesn't even own a pair of dress shoes. The only jewelry he wears is his wedding band.

Personality Description
Teddy is confident, self-assured, quick-thinking and in perpetual motion. He acts on impulse and never bothers to think things through, instead making things up as he goes along and hoping for the best. He's hot-headed and stubborn, very passionate about the things he believes in and totally unwilling to give up on something once he's set his mind to it. While he likes to spend time with his friends and family, Teddy also likes to have a bit of time to himself, too, and would often prefer to act on his own rather than involving others. He's funny and sociable, but extremely independent, and he hesitates to ask for help, even if he needs it.
Teddy hates to sit still; even when he's in deep thought, you wouldn't find him lounging in an armchair, rather, you'd probably locate him strolling down the street or pacing around his apartment. He tends to fidget a bit when he does have to sit around, tapping his foot or twiddling his thumbs, he just doesn't like to be still. He's a phenomenal actor, able to fool just about anyone with his performances, although he usually only puts them on for work; between his innate ability as a metamorphmagus and his acting, he's one of the best undercover aurors the ministry has.
Unwilling to back down from a challenge, Teddy will always stand up for what he believes in. He doesn't lose his temper very easily but when he does he tends to act even more rashly than usual, and does some things he later regrets.

History
Teddy was born just before the end of the war with Voldemort, and while he's heard nothing but good things about his parents, he can't remember a single thing about them. He was raised by his grandmother, Andromeda, who had been widowed prior to the end of the war. He was never short on family, though, not with the Potters and Weasleys just a fireplace away whenever he needed someone to hang with. Harry made a tremendous effort to be a father-figure to him, and Teddy does see him in that sort of a way. He had a happy childhood, even if he was an orphan.
When he headed off to Hogwarts, Teddy was sorted into Gryffindor and took on the mandatory role of the trouble-making Gryffindor boy. He was always getting into some mischief or another, pulling pranks and getting detention all the time, and driving his grandmother and godfather up the wall, and received double his fair share of howlers because of it. In his fourth year he started flirting with girls, and came to be known as a real playboy during his Hogwarts years, but he never had any very serious relationships back then, too preoccupied with making sure Victoire Weasley's relationships didn't pan out, claiming even to himself that it was just a brotherly affection he felt for her. Of course, he has since taken painstaking efforts to ensure that she never finds out that it was him, since he's a little bit afraid to know what she'd do to him if she ever learned that it was him who made the first boy she'd ever kissed break out into boils mid-liplock. So far, he's blamed these occurrences on her many cousins, which has worked out splendidly; there's simply too many of them to interrogate them all. By the time he'd graduated, he was pretty sure of how he felt about her, but she was dating other boys(despite their repeated and heinous 'accidents', all of which were blamed on one cousin or another), and he wasn't sure if she felt the same, so he tried to let it go.
He buried himself in auror training, fulfilling his life-long dream, something he'd wanted to do since childhood. As it turned out, Teddy was a natural, and quickly aced his training. It was a good distraction from thinking about Victoire for a while, too...although he never could get himself to stop. It was at a meal celebrating his successful graduation to a fully-ranked auror when he was nineteen that he finally spoke to her about it, and discovered that she felt the same. Worried about what her cousins would do to him, Victoire wanted to keep their relationship a secret...something which failed miserably when they couldn't keep their hands off each other as she went off to finish her last year at Hogwarts. Teddy couldn't have been happier, he was doing what he'd always dreamed of, dating the girl he loved, and the world was at peace(more or less). Just about a year ago, Teddy proposed and Victoire said yes, and shortly thereafter, they were wed.

"Really, there's no need to make a fuss, it's nothing, honestly..." Teddy protested as he was bustled into a hospital room and forced into a sitting position by an adamant healer. "Seriously, I don't think there's anything to worry about, doesn't hurt a bit." He continued to try and persuade her, but the woman would hear none of it.
"Stop squirming, you're getting blood on the sheets." She scolded tersely, and seized his arm by the wrist in order to examine the wound. Teddy decided to quit arguing, since it wasn't doing him much good anyways. His skin was split from the inside of his forearm up to almost his shoulder, and while a charm had mostly stopped the bleeding, there was still certainly enough to make a mess of the pristine white bed sheets. Squinching up her face to get a better look, the healer took out her wand and began to seal the magically-inflicted wound, re-checking her work twice over to make sure. "You're sure you weren't hit by any other spells, or injured otherwise?"
"Of course I'm sure. I'm fine, fit as a fiddle, you've done a wonderful job. Can I go now?" He was eager to get going; there was a whole lot more auroring he could get done tonight, even though he'd already arrested the ones who he'd gotten into the duel with, and who'd done this to his arm. Apparently it was standard procedure for aurors injured on-duty to report to St. Mungo's for a clean bill of health...stupid regulations.
"An owl's been sent round to your relatives, and your superiors at the ministry. Until one of them comes to check you out, you'd best get comfortable." She said, and Teddy could swear she was only doing it to bother him.
"Bloody hell." He rolled his eyes as she left the room, seriously considering the possibility of sneaking out.
